The Line Producer is responsible for leading the production team and ensuring that the required resources, shots and budgets are delivered in line with the project requirements. They are responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the production of a project.

What will be your main mission?

  • Develop the project schedule and monitor the production workflow across the different departments according to the pipeline.

  • Coordinate and supervise the production team assigned to the project, as well as motivate and guide them towards the planned objectives.

  • Act as the key communication point with the Creative Director, Department Supervisors and technical team, reporting on progress, metrics and potential issues.

  • Negotiate resources, schedules and processes with the client.

  • Monitor project expenditure, ensuring that the project stays within budget.

  • Transfer the project schedule to the technical tools used by the studio for tracking purposes (Aquarium/Shotgrid, Microsoft Project).

  • Anticipate potential technical risks that may affect production and propose different solutions that have the minimum possible impact on the schedule.

  • Work closely with Human Resources on hiring the resources required and allocating talent according to the project's needs.

  • Maintain clear communication with both the internal team and the client, mediating when conflicts arise.

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in the 3D animation or VFX industry, with experience leading project production.

  • Proficiency in internal software and tools such as Task Manager, Aquarium/Shotgrid and Excel.

  • Familiarity with 3D animation software such as Maya and Houdini.

  • Excellent organizational and team management skills.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • The ability to anticipate potential technical or artistic issues and propose alternative solutions.

  • Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
